Theodore P. Witthoft

Mr. Witthoft’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy law. Mr. Witthoft focuses on trustees’ rights, creditors’ rights, business reorganization, commercial litigation and related appeals. Mr. Witthoft primarily represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees, commercial and consumer lenders, and small corporate debtors. Mr. Witthoft has extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, including preference actions, fraudulent transfer actions, and contested claim disputes.
